1. About Vidsera

Vidsera ("we", "us", "the Service") is an online tool that processes URLs submitted by users and facilitates the download of publicly accessible media. Vidsera does not upload, store, host, or distribute any video or audio content. All media remains on the third-party platforms from which it originates.

2. User Responsibilities & Permitted Use

By using Vidsera you represent and warrant that:

• You will only download content that you own, have a licence to, or for which applicable law permits downloading (e.g. content in the public domain or covered by a Creative Commons licence that permits downloads).
• You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including copyright law.
• You will not use Vidsera for any commercial redistribution of third-party copyrighted content without the rights holder's permission.
• You are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
• You will not attempt to bypass, scrape, or overload the Service, or use automated tools to make an excessive number of requests.

3. What We Ask You Not to Do

Vidsera works best when everyone uses it fairly. Please do not use it to:

• Download or redistribute content in violation of copyright law or the terms of the originating platform.
• Download content that is illegal in your jurisdiction, including content that depicts child abuse, incites violence, or constitutes hate speech.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access, probe, or disrupt our systems in an unauthorised way.
• Resell or commercially exploit access to the Service without our permission.

4. VIP Subscription

Vidsera offers optional paid VIP memberships that unlock additional features (higher resolution downloads, playlist downloads, faster queues, etc.).

• Free trial: New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial before any charge is made. You may cancel during the trial with no cost. After the trial period ends, the selected plan is billed automatically.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle, as selected at checkout.
• One-Time Plan ("Pay Once"): A single payment unlocks all VIP features for as long as Vidsera is available. Like all online services, Vidsera may update its features and offerings over time — but the goal is always to keep getting better, not worse. No subscription, no hidden fees, ever.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access to VIP features continues until then.
• Billing issues: If you believe you have been charged in error or experience a technical problem that prevents you from using VIP features, please contact [email protected] and we will review your case. Digital services are generally non-refundable once accessed, but we handle genuine issues with goodwill on a case-by-case basis.
• Price changes: We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
• Account termination: If your account is terminated for violation of these Terms, access to VIP features is revoked immediately for the remainder of the subscription period.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on Vidsera are our property (or the property of third parties who have permitted their use). You may not use them without prior written consent. The Vidsera name and logo may not be used in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without our express written permission.

5b. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of any third party. We also reserve the right to discontinue or modify any feature of the Service at any time. No refund will be issued for the remaining period of a paid subscription where termination is due to a breach of these Terms.

6. Service Availability

We work hard to keep Vidsera running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Third-party platforms regularly change how their content is accessed; features that rely on third-party platforms may become unavailable at any time for reasons outside our control. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties beyond what is required by applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

If something does go wrong, our liability is limited. To the extent permitted by law, Vidsera is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses — such as lost data, lost revenue, or damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim (if anything).

8. Third-Party Platforms

Vidsera accesses publicly available content on third-party platforms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, Reddit, Vimeo, Twitch, or any other platform. Use of those platforms is governed solely by their own terms of service. Downloading content from those platforms may violate their terms even if it does not violate copyright law; it is your responsibility to check.

8b. No Monitoring

Vidsera does not monitor, screen, or review URLs submitted by users or the content accessed through the Service. We are under no obligation to do so. We rely on user compliance with these Terms and will act on valid legal notices when received.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
