Refund Policy

VidSera is a digital service. Premium access starts immediately after checkout, so payments are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated or used.

When We May Refund

We review refund requests fairly and may issue a refund in cases such as:

  • Duplicate charges for the same account and billing period.
  • An accidental renewal request sent shortly after renewal and before meaningful Premium use.
  • A verified technical billing problem caused by VidSera or our payment provider.

When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds are not provided for issues outside VidSera's control, including:

  • Unsupported, private, region-restricted, removed, or login-only content on third-party platforms.
  • Changes made by source platforms that temporarily limit available formats or downloads.
  • Misuse of the service or violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Requests made after substantial Premium use in the paid period.

Subscriptions And Renewals

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Canceling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund a charge that has already completed. Renewal terms are shown at checkout before payment.

Contact [email protected] with your account email, payment date, and a short explanation. We aim to review billing requests within 3 business days.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
