Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, cancel anytime from your account page. You keep VIP access until the end of your current billing period. No surprise charges after that.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported. Payments are processed securely by Paddle — we never see or store your card details.

What's the difference between Monthly, Annual, and Founding Member?

All three plans include identical Premium web features. Annual saves 33% vs monthly. Founding Member ($99 one-time) is a launch campaign — you pay once and keep access for the lifetime of Vidsera, plus get a special badge and feedback panel access. It's limited to 500 people.

Do VIP members see ads?

No. VIP members never see any ads on Vidsera — on any page. This is enforced automatically as soon as your account upgrades.

Does VIP include API access?

No. The Developer API is a separate product designed for automation and integration use cases. VIP covers all Premium web features. API access will be available separately — join the API waitlist if interested.

What is your refund policy?

All purchases are for digital services and are generally non-refundable once VIP features have been activated or used. If you believe there was a duplicate charge or a technical issue on our side prevented access, contact us within 7 days for review. Refunds are not available for change of mind, forgotten renewals, platform restrictions, or Terms violations.
